Shipping Policy:

Items are expected to ship within 10 business days. If your order is not received within 14 days, please contact us directly at hippiemillennium@gmail.com. Please be sure to verify your address before submitting your order.

If an address is deemed insufficient by the courier or due to an input error by the customer, the item(s) will be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Refund Policy:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Refunds will not be issued for worn and/or used items.

Photos will be required for refunds. For assistance and/or to start the refund process please email us at hippiemillennium@gmail.com. We will provide further instructions once contacted.

Wash cold and hang dry. Do not tumble dry.
